Check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm smiles right when I arrived. The lobby has a nice ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. I loved the outdoor swimming pool, beautifully landscaped, and it provided a refreshing escape. Breakfast options were plentiful. I indulged in a wide variety of dishes that were generally delightful. However, I faced a couple of issues during my stay. My room had noticeable dust, especially in the corners, and I found some stains on the carpet. The food at the 24-hour lounge was a letdown. the pasta was overcooked and served lukewarm. Waiting almost an hour for that was frustrating. It felt like I was being served fast-food-level quality, which does not reflect the hotel’s reputation. Despite the friendly and accommodating staff, the dining experience really didn’t meet expectations. If the food quality improves, this place could truly shine.

That perfume scent in the lobby? Terrible for allergies!!! The cleanliness of the bathroom fixtures left much to be desired. The shower door remained open during every shower, a frustrating oversight!!!

Exceptional Service but Room Needs Update
I enjoyed my stay immensely, thanks to the amazing staff who always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and well-equipped, but it felt a bit dated compared to other hotels in the area. The gym facilities were top-notch, and I particularly loved having afternoon tea in the beautiful lobby while listening to live music.
