The breakfast was good and excellent. the check-in was friendly. the units had all conveniences. the location was stunning, extremely close to Ayala Center.

The hotel is located in a great area of Makati, near the shopping centers and the Greenbelt malls. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The spacious rooms were spotlessly clean and had beautiful facilities. The hotel offered great extras like a gym, pool, and spa. The buffet breakfast was a major highlight with a wide variety of choices. The location was incredibly convenient, with restaurants and shopping centers just a short distance away.

I recently stayed at Makati Shangri-La for my girlfriend's birthday and everything was amazing. They arranged a bouquet of flowers and champagne on arrival, along with a delicious cake. The staff were extremely accommodating when I brought my girlfriend's family and were able to serve 16 people with ease. The rooms were perfect and the staff were professional. The assistance I received in planning my 50th birthday celebration was excellent, thanks to Marilou Young and Anna Calderon. The room was fabulous and the service prompt. The buffet breakfast was one of the best in Manila, with fast and excellent service. The facilities were clean and secure.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The staff was polite and courteous, making us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was amazing, surpassing the quality of many other 5-star hotels. The room was spacious and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The hotel facilities, including the gym and spa, were superb. We also appreciated the convenient location, with an upscale shopping area and a Starbucks just seconds away from the main door. The hotel also offered free parking for guests, making it even more convenient for us.
